4. Obligations of the Parties

4.1. The User shall:

4.2.2. Keep information confidential, do not disclose without prior written permission of the User, as well as not sell, exchange, publish or disclose in any other possible ways the transferred personal data of the User, except as provided in this Privacy Policy.
4.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of User’s personal data in accordance with the procedure generally used for the protection of such information in business today.
4.2.4. Block personal data related to the User from the moment of application or request of the User, or its legal representative, or authorized body for protection of rights of subjects of personal data for the period of verification in case of detection of unreliable personal data or unlawful actions.

5. Responsibilities of the Parties

5.1. In the event the Site Administration fails to fulfill its obligations, it shall bear responsibility for the losses incurred by the User in connection with the unauthorized use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.2. In case of loss or unauthorized disclosure of confidential information, the Website Administration shall not be liable if such confidential information:
5.2.1. Fall into the public domain before its loss or disclosure and thereby became public knowledge.
5.2.2. Has been received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Site Administration.
5.2.3. Has been disclosed with the User's explicit consent.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1. Before going to court to resolve disputes arising out of relations between the User and the Administration of the Site, it is obligatory to file a claim (written offer to voluntarily resolve a dispute).
6.2. The recipient of the claim shall within 15 calendar days of receipt of the claim notify the claimant in writing on the results.
6.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be transferred to court in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
6.4. The current legislation of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Privacy Policy and the relationships between the User and the Site Administration.

7. Supplementary Conditions

7.1. The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.
