How long does it take for a package to arrive and methods of shipping?  

Standard shipping is 7-14 days. 
Shipping may take longer due to customs delays or during the holiday season. 

For international deliveries, we use postal services or DHL Express International.

 

How much is delivery?  

Our delivery charges depend on the country, weight and volume of the parcel.

We require 100 % prepayment to deliver the items to your country. Duties and taxes are not included in the delivery cost. Contact our managers for detailed delivery information. 

 
Will I have to pay duties and taxes?  

As we send from Russia, you may have to pay import duties and taxes to get your parcel. 

We do not charge duties and taxes. You are responsible for paying these charges in accordance with your local legislation.

It is impossible to name the exact amount you will have to pay as these charges vary by country. We recommend that you should contact customs for help with a question about import duties and taxes.

 

May I change my address when the order has already been shipped?  

Your package will be sent to the address you originally selected. You will need to contact the carrier to see if an address change is possible. If you have any questions or problems, please, contact us. We will do our best to help you.
