Exchange and Return Policy

We offer return of the items in their original condition if the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it with all original tags and labels attached. To complete your return, we need a proof of purchase. No returns allowed on any used item.  

  1. Call or visit your local DHL office and request a courier.
  2. Send the package to 125196, Moscow, Lesnaya street, 10-16. Receiver: Individual Entrepreneur Nazarova Anastasiya Maksimovna
  3. After receiving your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then the money will be automatically applied to your card or original method of payment within 10 business days. If you have sent the item and still not received our e-mail within 14 days, please contact us at  sidenko@rizzle.ru 
  • You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase
  • The buyer pays the cost of shipping the item back to us at the carrier rate
  • Custom duties, other taxes and fees, bank commissions, transportation costs are not refunded
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage during delivery

Exchange

If you need to exchange an item, you’ll have to return the original item and place a new order choosing the right color or size.

We can only warrant your exchange after we receive the item in good condition. After receiving your return and inspect it, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If you believe that there is a defect in your item, you can request refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase.

In your e-mail, please, indicate your full name, item number, model name, and describe the defect.
