The Try On delivery service is available for Moscow (within Moscow ring highway). We deliver to ther cities in Russia by CDEK courier service after prepayment is done, so you can try the item on. The Try On Delivery service is not available for international orders.

Our courier in Moscow will wait for 15 minutes while you are trying the item on. 

Unfortunately, this service is not available for international orders. 

One order may have up to 5 items. If you want to order more items, our manager will divide the order in two separate orders. 

All unpaid orders are kept for 2 days and this period cannot be extended. All paid orders are kept for an unlimited period of time.

Yes, you can buy the items that fit you and return the rest to the courier. 

Please make sure that you entered the promo code correctly.

The promo code cannot be applied to the products at a discount. If you have any problems with your promo code, WhatsApp us.

When we send your package, you will get an e-mail with the tracking number. If your phone number is registered in CDEK delivery service, you will also get an SMS. 

Contact our manager to cancel your order. If your order has not been sent yet, you will get full refund including delivery cost. If you cancel prepaid order after the package has been sent, you will get full refund excluding the cost of delivery.
